Why is there a joining fee?

We want to offer you the best experience for the lowest price. To ‘get you started’ however, there’s stuff that we need to do for you – like personalised access codes, payment security and verification, and member inductions – all of which are covered by the joining fee. Stay a member with us and you never have to pay it again! Or if you take advantage of our pre-opening offers, you won’t pay this at all!
