What happens if I lose or forget my membership card?

A £5 charge is in place to replace lost cards. Unfortunately you will not be able to access the gym if you have forgotten your card, unless a new one is purchased.

To purchase a lost card; login to the member zone, select 'security & pin' from the 'My Profile' top menu. Click 'Replace a lost card' and follow the instructions. 

On completion you will be able to pick up a new card at the card dispenser on your next visit.
