You should have received an email with instructions for using the club for the first time. If you do not see this in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you are paying via direct debit, you may also receive an email notification that a new direct debit mandate has been set up.
Grab a padlock
Gym bags are not allowed on the gym floor, so please bring a padlock if you must bring personal items with you. Padlocks are available to purchase in our vending machines.
Bring your 8 digit PIN
You’ll find this on your welcome email, and you'll need it on each visit to enter and exit at the turnstiles or to collect your membership card.
The Member Zone
Log in to the member zone to book an induction and classes, update your membership, add or remove optional extras, refer a friend, contact Personal Trainers, read fitness tips and more! The Member Zone is available at the top of our home page - Just select your club from the dropdown menu.
Using the Preva Entertainment Package
In our Slough club, all you need to do is log on the machines, using your email address and password.
