How do I cancel?

While it will be sad to see you leave, we've made easyGym a No Contract gym for a reason. It's flexible so you can join, leave and rejoin whenever you like.

Cancelling 

If you pay by Direct Debit, all you need to do is cancel the Direct Debit (easyGym) directly with your bank, and they will inform us. However, if you pay by credit card or debit card and wish to cancel, then please email customerservices@easygym.co.uk stating which site you are a member of, your full name, date of birth, and the email address you used to sign up. Please note that you must cancel at least 5 working days before your next payment, to ensure that no further payments will be taken. 

Rejoining

Many of our members come back after a short break. If you'd like to restart your membership, you can rejoin on the Member Zone or by emailing customerservices@easygym.co.uk. Depending on your local gym, you may need to pay a rejoining fee.
