You can reset your password online on the Member Zone login page.
Pease ensure you are entering the correct email address (the one you signed up with). If that doesn't work it's likely because the email isn't being recognised so you'll need to email customer services with the following details so they can provide access:
- Name
- Location
- PIN
- Date joined
